The R. John Wright Open House Event on February 12th and 13th was met with an astounding turnout. It received national news coverage and made the front page of the Bennington Banner. More than 300 attendees made the trip to our studio from right here in Bennington to across the country, some flying in and others driving over 14 hours to see us. What a treat it was to meet all of you. We look forward to seeing you all again very soon and wanted to share some of the event highlights. For those not able to attend in person, thank you for all of your comments on the photos as we uploaded them throughout the weekend! We will have them on our website soon and see the Facebook album here.

Some notes from attendees:
"Dave and I loved meeting John and Susan Wright so much. They are both so wonderful and the passion and love that they put into each of their creations was very obvious. This event was amazing and I hope they'll do it again in the future." - Debra
"Today we spent the afternoon touring the magical doll factory of R. John Wright. John's limited edition dolls are fully jointed and entirely made by hand by a team of incredibly talented artisans. We brought our old Pooh bear, which I adore because John perfectly captured the spirit of E.H. Shepard's illustration." Tony DiTerlizzi
